The tenth anniversary edition of Twilight arrived on the shelves several months ago containing the bonus feature of Life and Death, a gender swap retelling of Twilight. The tales are identical aside from the gender swap and an expedited ending. It’s odd to have such divergent feelings after reading essentially the same book but those…
We listen to you, we really do. And we’ve noticed that you, along with several of our reviewers, aren’t all that happy with most – not all, but most – of the historical romance that’s been published in the past year or so. Using our Power Search feature, we looked at all the Historical Romance…
I’ve read, according to my Goodreads profile, 47 books this year. Six of them have been contemporary romances and while I’ve enjoyed a few of them, none of them wowed. Two, I could barely get through. It’s possible I’m too old and cranky for modern romance, but, heavens, I hope not. I used to love…

Wow! I voted for the winner but never expected it would be the one. Look forward to reading it and the discussion next month.
For any audio listeners out there, I think this one is even better (and I would give it an A in book form) in audio! So good.
With Nicholas Boulton as narrator,I can only imagine!
I am excited about this one although all three are books I’ve enjoyed.
I actually own this and have never read it yet so I’m excited. I really would have been happy with most of the choices offered. I haven’t read a good Medieval story in quite a while so I have high hopes for this one! Looking forward to the discussion!
I love a good Medieval!
I’m looking forward to reading, well listening, to this again and participating in the discussion.
I lost track of time for this! Let’s discuss it on December 9th!
Works for me.
I had all three of the series in the cloud and thanks to the coming discussion I reread all three and enjoyed them more the second time around!see you on December 9th.
