  1. In addition to the new Beth Bolden (mentioned above)—which features a character who has pined for the other since a brief affair five years before (can’t wait for their story), I’m also looking forward to Cate C. Wells’s RAVAGED WOLF (August 22), the latest in her 5 Packs series of shifter romances in which she is always working out thorny social & cultural issues through the prism of packs of wolf-shifters.

    1. I’m hoping the audio of the Bolden will be out fairly soon, too – I’ve done that series in audio and love the narration.

      1. You know, I think I’ve listened to Darcy Stark in the past and liked him, but the two times I’ve tried him on Bolden’s books I didn’t care for his narration. Unfortunately, Bolden’s writing style hasn’t worked for me, either. I wish it did because I could use a new author to glom.

        1. She does write longer books than the norm for the genre, but I don’t mind that because she usually uses the page count to build the romance properly. I haven’t found any new authors to glom lately that I think you’d like 🙁

  2. I am really enjoying Jennifer Ashley’s Below Stairs series. For an author who is so prolific, she manages to produce amazing quality.

      1. Ok. I have the library copy now and absolutely looking forward to reading it. I am not a gamer but love reading novels situated in gaming world.

      2. I put a hold on Looking for Group at the library after reading the review. I don’t play online RPGs, but just about everyione else in my family does, so I don’t think the vocab, etc will be an issue.
