OK! We had 92 books that were mentioned at least twice in our recent reader nominated poll. We will keep the 37 books that received three or more mentions. That leaves 54 books that got two mentions. We need to pick 20 of these (13 to make 50 PLUS the 7 books that were chosen on the top 50 from you chose from the current AAR Top 100 list.)
So pick your favorites here. The top 20 vote getters will go on the poll. PLEASE ONLY FILL OUT THE SURVEY ONCE.

The Lord of Scoundrels and Flowers from the Storm only had 2 votes each!!? Find that unbelievable or have I misunderstood?

That’s because they are already on the list–this list is mostly readers trying to get leser known books on the ultimate poll.
Ah. I see. Thank you. Just didn’t know why they were on this list. I thought it meant they hadn’t already been included.
So, there are three places the final poll for the new AAR Top 100 Romances will come from:
Reader nominations (this poll)
The top 50 books readers picked from the current AAR Top 100 list
70 books AAR reviewers have picked as their Best of the Year for the last seven years.
My goal is to have 200 or so books on the final poll so I’m not sure how deep into each poll I’ll go.
And if books appear on more than one list? E.g. Lord of Scoundrels?
This is no criticism, or wish to change something- I am simply confused.
(I did not put some book on my list because I was sure it was already on the top 50 from current top 100.)
If it was on the 50 books that we picked before from the top 100 list, it will be included. I think I will end up taking more from that survey so that we have at least 200 books to choose from.

I’m going to admit this is a little confusing, because there are books on there that seem like shoo-ins for the Top 100.
The books chosen here will certainly be on the list.
I think I’ll need to go deeper both surveys to get enough books.
