This year the AAR staff posted 16 Best of 2016 Lists. We chose books from every genre and, in romance, from every sub-genre. And while it’s safe to say we don’t all share the same taste in books, there were some books that appeared on more than one list. As will surprise no one who…
Thanks to the generosity of publishers and authors, the AAR staff has a wide variety of books they can choose to review. (We don’t assign books–reviewers can pick from our currently available list.) I thought it would be instructive for us to share with you, our readers, the current list of books we could review…
I love to re-read–I’d hazard that at least a quarter of my romance reading is re-reading books I’ve previously read and loved. I’m lucky–it’s rare I’ve re-read a book and been far less happy with it the second time around. My most recent re-reads were two of Madeline Hunter’s Rarest Blooms series, Provocative in Pearls…
You have voted and picked… The Raven Prince by Elizabeth Hoyt. AAR reviewed it when it came out in 2007–we gave it an A-. In our review, we wrote: The Raven Prince is classic romance. It is the type of book that reminds me why I love this genre. Elizabeth Hoyt’s debut novel brings emotion,…
I am so excited to be here at All About Romance to share with you a little about my latest release, Final Siege, which is the second book in my Navy SEAL Love Over Duty series. One of the great things about writing a new series is deciding where to set it. Sometimes, the setting…

Wow! I voted for the winner but never expected it would be the one. Look forward to reading it and the discussion next month.
For any audio listeners out there, I think this one is even better (and I would give it an A in book form) in audio! So good.
With Nicholas Boulton as narrator,I can only imagine!
I am excited about this one although all three are books I’ve enjoyed.
I actually own this and have never read it yet so I’m excited. I really would have been happy with most of the choices offered. I haven’t read a good Medieval story in quite a while so I have high hopes for this one! Looking forward to the discussion!
I love a good Medieval!
I’m looking forward to reading, well listening, to this again and participating in the discussion.
I lost track of time for this! Let’s discuss it on December 9th!
Works for me.
I had all three of the series in the cloud and thanks to the coming discussion I reread all three and enjoyed them more the second time around!see you on December 9th.
